Cancellation Policy

If no notice is received within 30 minutes of the reserved boarding time, it will be considered a no-call cancellation, and the cancellation fee will be 100% of the base fare.

About indemnification

If you purchase an indemnity plan, it basically includes coverage for bodily injury, property, vehicle, and personal injury, but there are cases where vehicle coverage is not included, so please check in advance.

Requests for return

Please return your baggage at least 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to your flight.
It may take a considerable amount of time to get to the airport and to complete the procedures at the airport.
We ask for your cooperation in returning the baggage in time for your flight.

When returning a rental car, please return it with a full tank of fuel.
Please refuel at the nearest gas station before returning the car.
In the event that refueling is not possible, a predetermined fuel charge will be assessed based on the distance traveled.
However, this is limited to cases where you have not refueled once during your visit.
