Return the rental car

Fuel will be provided with a full tank at the time of rental, so please fill up the tank at the nearest service station from the return store and return the car.
The customer is responsible for the cost of fuel.

Indemnity plan

If you subscribe at the time of contract, we will compensate you for the deductible amount (50,000 yen) for vehicle coverage and the deductible amount (50,000 yen) for property coverage in the event of an accident.
■Subscription fee: 1,000 yen per day (tax not included)

Wide coverage

This option waives the payment of the Non-Operation Charge (NOC).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes made by the customer will incur the following cancellation fees

7 days before: free of charge
6-3 days before: 30% of basic charge
2 days before to the day before: 50% of the basic charge
On the day of the event: 100% of the basic fee

Cancellation fees will also be incurred in the event of flight or ship delays or cancellations. Please be aware of this.
